Machine Specifications:
- Unit consists of a single Hartig 80 lb. (36 KG.) shot head with a maximum die diameter of 24", a 300 ton clamp with 6 MCP(multiple clamp press) direct
- acting cylinders, 30" minimum daylight, 100" maximum daylight, 73.75" x 85" platens & 56" wide x 84" high between tie bars on the clamp, powered clamp
- height adjustment, powered roll out press, manual central lubrication from the two locations, the extruders are two 4.5" 24:1 units with 200 HP SCR DC
- motors & control, Lufkin gearboxes, air cooled barrels (4 zones of fan cooling each), drawer magnets with auto start up/shut down pneumatic cylinders,
- Vickers hydraulics with a 75 HP main motor, 5 accumulator bottles, two Vickers proportional valves, 8 additional hydraulic valves, 2 additional
