Machine Specifications:
- Unit consists of a single Kautex 67.5 pound (30.7 kg.) shot head with a max. die diameter of 22.6", a 200 ton clamp, 42" minimum daylight, 90" maximum
- daylight, 72"x 72" platens and 60" wide x 72" high between the tie bars on the clamp, powered clamp height adjustment, roll out press, extra clamp
- hook on bottom, can accept mould up to 60" wide x 96" long; the extruder consists of one 6" 24:1 unit with a 250 HP SCR DC motor & control, Lufkin
- gearbox, liquid cooled barrel (5 zones with oil cooler), drawer magnet, new barrel & screw approx. one year old, Vickers hydraulics with a 150 HP main
- motor, 25 HP motor for the head, Vickers proportional valves, 8 additional hydraulic auxillary valves, 1 additional accumulator bottle and filler
- mounted near the head for parison programming, 9 additional air valves,Barber Coleman MACO VI PLC and parison programmer,mercury contactors, part take
